There are several muscles that are responsible for breathing. They are the Diaphragm, the external intercostal muscle, and the internal intercostal muscle.
If a car hits a stopped car and sets that car into motion and it hits another car, the first car is responsible for both cars. A stopped car is not responsible when someone sets it into motion and it hits another car.
Well there are actually 3 not 2 and they are; The extensor muscles The oblique muscles The flexor muscles Hope that helps
Definitely! Weight lifters are focused on the amount of weight they can lift... They would rather do 200 pounds for 2 sets of 10 where as dancers would rather do 20 for 3 sets of 25. I know it doesn't seem like that much of a difference but have you noticed how dancers look long and lean while weight lifters look like swollen bubbles? its because dancers do lighter weights for more reps to get strong but lean muscles.
Without getting overly scientific about it, Creatine simply gives your muscles more energy, so you can maybe do 2 more reps on each set or maybe 4 sets instead of 3 etc. Thus your muscles grow more effectively. It also makes your muscles retain water so they look larger anyways.

There are number of muscles which work together during respiration. The major muscles to look at: 1.diaphragm and transversus abdominus, which will enable you to inhale and exhale 2.intercostal Muscles and transversus thoracic, which are responsible for both inhalation and exhalation, but are also maintaining the structure of your lung and your thorax and preventing it from collapsing on itself.
It's probably sore muscles. Swimming uses muscles that aren't usually used on a regular basis. It should get better over time. Your muscles will build up and become stronger and they won't be as sore.
involuntary and voluntary muscles
