One of the last outbreaks of the plague in England was the Great Plague of London in 1665-66.
The plague was brought to England by fleas, living on rats who travelled on the many sailing ships from the Far East.
They were mostly effected by rats getting germs and bacteria and passing onto foods. Then when the people ate the food, they would get the bacteria and catch the 'Black Plague'
There is no whereabouts of who first discovered it. It has already effected china before it entered Europe.
The Plague started in 1340 in England on ships. Too many germs.
St. Giles in the Fields had the first reported case of plague.
