Paris received very little damage even at the end of the war when the Parisians repelled the German Nazis. Cities in Sweden were not damaged nor were the cities in Spain, Switzerland, Portugal and Ireland. Athens received some damage but thankfully the Greek ancient buildings remained in pretty much the same state they were in prior to the war.

I believe the Vatican City did not get damaged either.

Some major European cities that were largely undamaged during World War II include Stockholm, Sweden; Zurich, Switzerland; Helsinki, Finland; and Oslo, Norway. These cities did not see significant military action or aerial bombardment during the war, which allowed them to remain relatively unscathed.
