Yes and no. The "no" part is that in 1927-1929, no cars had a radio as standard equipment. But the "yes" part is that inventors had already begun installing radios themselves in a number of cars, as far back as 1921. So, some enterprising inventor or radio fan may very well have put his or her own radio into a Ford Model A. But it would not be until the early to mid-1930s that we begin to see automobile companies offering radios as standard equipment.
