The RER is a Paris suburban train service. It does not go to Le Havre. You can go from CdG to Gare du Nord on the RER, from Gare du Nord to Gare Saint-Lazare on the metro, and from Saint-Lazare to Le Havre by train. The SNCF website will help you with this.
Take the RER B (regional public transport) from the airport to Chatelet (in Paris) then change for Metro line 14 direction St. Lazare. et voila!
RER line B - change at 'Chatelet-Les-Halles station' to RER line A1 (towards Saint-Germain) or A3 (towards Cergy-Pontoise) or A5 (towards Poissy) - step down at La Défense -

From le Havre, book a train to Paris. You will arrive in Gare Saint-Lazare. Get in the RER line E (you are at the end of the line, step in any train) Step down at the next station: "Gare du Nord" and take the RER line B3 (the direction is "Aéroport ROISSY Charles de Gaulle". There are two stations at the end of the line: CDG1-3 for the terminals 1 and 3, CDG2 for the terminal 2.
You take the RER B to Chatlet then change to the RER A to Disneyland. CDG to Paris 40 mins, and Paris to Disney 40 mins. Or, TGV from CDG T2. You need to book your ticket well in advance to get a good deal. Last minute will cost you an arm and a leg. Note: don't miss your train because you'll have to buy another ticket. Taxi..... don't! If you can avoid a taxi then do so, please. But if you don't have a choice you'll find signs telling you how to get to the taxi rank. Prices are anywhere from 70 euro to 110 euro. They only take three people. Transfer Company: There are loads. If you do a Google search you'll find hundreds. I've taken ezyshuttle, friends used tioshuttle. The list is endless. Car Rental: Lots of companies in CDG. Please ask them how to get out of the airport. It's the hardest part of the trip.
CDG airport is about 27 km from central Paris. The best way to get there is to take the RER rail link from CDG airport, right to the heart of Paris.
It's not the Métro (RATP), but the suburban railway (RER, Line A).See this link:http://parisbytrain.com/rer-train-paris-to-euro-disney/
== == Disneyland Paris is served by the RER Marne La Vallee Chessy station. One needs to use the RER-Line A. The nearest RER station to the Louvre where one can board RER-Line A is the Châtelet - Les Halles (Paris RER station). The Louvre is about 1.5km (one mile) to the Châtelet - Les Halles (RER station). If one wants to use the metro, then go to the Palais Royal/Louvre metro station; take either Line 1 or Line 7; go to/get off at the Chatelet metro station, and board the RER-Line A to Marne La Vallee Chessy.
