Non-shedding or low shedding dogs are ideal for Asthma sufferers. Ideal small breeds would be most terriers: Cairn Terrier, Westies, Yorkies etc). Poodles, Lhasa Apso's, Bichon frese. These are all hypoallergenic as they don't shed.
