Can there be two admin users on one computer?

Yes and no. In Windows, there is actually only one account named "Administrator". However you can add extra accounts with total "Administrator privileges". Most of the time, unless you specify a restricted account, any account added under an administrator account has the exact same privileges as the administrator. Other operating systems may differ from this. I am only referring to the popular Windows operating system.

What are accounts in Linux?

Just like on windows you have multiple user accounts. Unlike windows, you have accounts you may never log into that handle certain programs not fit to running in your account for security and other reasons. Linux always has the root account which compares to the Administrator user account in windows and is alternatively called the Super User account. Idealy you want to run in a limited privileges account unlike some do in windows because in windows many important programs require admin level access. In Linux the only time you really need elevated user privileges is while installing software for all users and changing system wide settings.

Is word perfect 2000 compatible with Windows 7?

Yes. But only if you are logged in under the 'Administrator' account. Simply having an account with administrative privileges will Not work. You need to enable the Administrator account to be shown on the login screen (read up on the net on how to do this) then log into that account and run the program. Will work fine.
