there are two ways that i have tryed and they work pretty well for me
1. think of a really hard and sad time in your life and in stead of just having that memory and it just fading away while you need it most try and be in the state that you were in during that sad time in you life
2. other way is take and onion and peel part of it off and hold it 1-8 inches away from your eye and that should probable also work
