Remove the Grand Caravan fuse that you want to check. Hold the fuse so that you are looking at the side, and light is shining through the other side. You will see a wavy shaped metal piece in the middle, that is the actual fuse. If the metal appears broken then the fuse is bad.

There is no fuse for the actual A/C compressor, it is controlled by the PCM. The blower motor and A/C controls in the vehicle are using Fuse 37 (30 amp) in the fuse block under the dash. Fuse 2 (60 amp) in the fuse box under the hood is connected to the A/C pressure cycling switches, along with the engine cooling fan.
