Singapore airlines
The first flight of the Airbus A380 was on the 27th of April in 2005 and it was first introduced in October 2007 to Singapore Airlines.
The first A380 commercial flight was on 25 October 2007, when Singapore Airlines flew from Singapore to Sydney.
There are four main airlines currently using the Airbus A380, which is the largest passenger airliner in the world. These airlines are Emirates, Singapore Airlines, Qantas, and Lufthansa.

Currently (Apr 2010) four airlines operate the A380; Qantas, Air France, Singapore Airlines and Emirates. Lufthansa (Germany) and Kingfisher (India) are scheduled to introduce A380's during 2010.
Not according to Qantas Airlines, who has several A380 in their fleet.
As at March 2010, only four airlines own and operate the Airbus A380: Air France, Emirates, Qantas and Singapore Airlines.
Philippine Airlines do not have the A 380.
