to get the swelling down put ice on it...then you can take ibuprofen or something like that that helps as an anti-inflammatory medicine...it should say on the bottle...ask your doctor or pharmasist...they should be able to help too... i hope it feels better...also it could be an allergic reaction so think about what you have eaten, touched, or where you have gone and try to avoid it in the future...hope this helps and good luck! :)
