While God in human form (Jesus) was on earth, his mission was to Save the world.
"16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
John 3:16-18
And God is still in the buisness of saving souls today!
ANSWER:
God the Father is NOT in the business of saving all 'souls' now (John 6:44). If He were and is omnipotent, don't you think He would be doing this. Afterall, Satan can only do what God permits him to do as we read in Job and Paul.
God's ultimate plan for mankind can be found in an understanding of His Sabbaths - both weekly and annual. Each points to an event along this path to the final and great 'harvest' of mankind. Read it for yourself considering in the OT it was for physical Israel pointing to a better NT spiritual beginning.

Only in Mormon doctrine is the number one third mentioned.

One Bible verse that speaks to giving your problems to Jesus is found in 1 Peter 5:7, which says, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." This verse reminds believers that they can trust Jesus with their worries and concerns, knowing that he cares for them deeply.
