At that price, I'd consider them all to be BLOs (Bicycle Looking Objects) rather than mountainbikes. (at best) They're the bicycle equivalent of a SUV, chunky looking but with marginal trail / off road performance.
21-speed is way old, and begs the question if these bikes come with freewheel rear hubs. Freewheels as opposed to freehubs leaves a longer unsupported axle, and are prone to axle breakage and bending.
The aluminum Comp has the least poor fork, but it has that contrived, good-for-nothing frame design. The ATB does tell you kinda-sorta what fork it has, which is likely not to suck unbearably.
The so-called "specifications" are a joke, they're like saying "check out my new stereo, it's got speakers". Which alloy rims, which alloy brakes? There's a world of nuances beyond the base material.
But sure, if you mainly want the look, and is aiming to to do casual rides on roads, maybe cut across a lawn sometimes, then these will do fine for a rider of average weight. A lighter rider may even be able to take them off road, or to jump the occasional curb w/o failure.
If I absolutely had to choose I'd go with the Aluminum Comp, on account of its least sucky fork and promise of a light frame.
There is a Schwinn 684 aluminum road bike, made in the 90s. Oakley 684 is a pair of goggles.
