It is not just one blood vessel that goes and come back from the lungs. Vessels that leave the heart are known as arterieswhile those that enters the heart are known as veins. The blood leaves the heart via the pulmonary trunk which terminates into 2 pulmonary arteries, one for each lung. The blood then leaves the lungs and enter the heart through 4 pulmonary veins, (all opening into the left atrium), of which each two are from one lung.
Most arteries are high in oxygen except for the pulmonary arteries.
Nutrients and oxygen have to get to the outside of the heart. So the blood vessels on the outside have that job. The nutrients and oxygen can't get to the cardiac muscle from inside the heart. Blood vessels that lead from the heart that are high in oxygen and nutrients have their first branch off the aorta that goes to these blood vessels. That's how important these vessels are to the heart and how it functions.
heart
I'm not sure but i think its veins and artery carry it away to the lungs to collect oxygen
Veins
A tadpole's circulatory system has one loop and a 2 chamber heart. Oxygen-poor blood goes to the heart from the blood vessels in the body. Then the oxygen-poor blood goes up from the heart through blood vessels in the lungs. Next it comes out as oxygen-rich blood and goes back to the heart. Finally the oxygen-rich blood goes into the blood vessels in the body.

The pulmonary veins carries oxygen rich blood from the lungs to the heart.
The heart and your blood vessels
coronary blood vessels.......
Red blood cells.
The circulatory system simply makes the blood in our bodies flow so the cells can collect oxygen and continue circulating. This is done with the use of the heart and blood vessels.
The vessels that carry blood to the heart are called veins and the vessels that carry blood away from the heart are called arteries.Arteries Always carry blood Away from the heart. Most are oxygenated except the pulmonary arteries which are low in oxygen and are going to the lungs to pick up oxygen.
