There are no buttons by default that will mount you. To assign a button to use your mount, you first need to make a macro. Macro's are small bits of code that help you do repetitive tasks in wow.
To make the macro, type "/macro" on the chat edit line (without the quotes). This will open up the macro edit interface. Then press the "New" button, and name your macro (it doesnt really matter what the name is, just name it something unique), leaving the "?" icon selected and hit ok or save. Now in the text edit area type in:
/use
Drag the icon to one of your action bars and then close the edit box. The icon for the mount that you put in should now be on the action bar. You can use it either like this or assign a button the the action bar space that you put it on. That is done in the key-bindings interface (hit escape>key bindings to bring it up). It might take a little bit of fiddling to get the right space assigned.
Of course you can skip all this and download an addon that will help you, but that is a different topic all together.

Assuming you mean mounts. You need to have learned the mount by using the item they provide in the backpack. Then you open your spellbook and open the "mounts" tab.
