There are no buttons on Pokemon Mystery Dungeon that help you recruit Pokemon with 100% chance. The only way of increasing the chances of recruiting (especialy legendary Pokemon) is by two ways:
1) Increase your rescue rank by getting more rescue points
2) Find an item called "Friend Bow" and equip it to your lead Pokemon. This is found near 30F(not 20F sorry) of Mt Faraway (a key is needed).
3.) You can also equip yourself with a Friend Ribbon that increases your recruit chance by 30%.
Another way to get the friend bow is by doing a special mission that enables you to rescue bulbasaur in 1bf tiny woods to get it (this must be the easiest mission!and it really works.) sorry that i cant put in the wondermail code now cuz i dont have it.
No you cant, the only way to skip a floor is to use a " pure seed" but they are really rare to find sorry.
you did not hit the buttons for the codes.

No, they're awsome as they're the same. Coooooooool! It all really depends on personal preference. The only real difference between the games is the console, button cnfiguration and a few Pokemon. Think, then, of which do you prefer. The Nintendo DS does have a better graphics card and has a touch screen while the Advanced does not. The DS also has wireless capabilities - but this is not really utilised in Mystery Dungeon Blue. You might, however, lean towrds the more 'classical' style of the Advanced. The first one does have a wide screen and the SP has lights and is compact in design. The better console depends on your perspective: do you prefer the new tech of the DS or the older style of the Advanced? Next, you might consider the button configuration. This might be a brief thought as I never knew a single person who cared about which buttons they press in a game - only as long as they could play it. But still, take into consideration that Red Mystery Dungeon is played on the Advanced an does not use the additional buttons found on the DS. The DS also makes use of its touch screen, minimising the need to press buttons. Finally, think about which Pokemon you like. Do you like Feebas, Mantine, Plusle, Porygon and Roselia (Red)? Or do you prefer Aipom, Lapras, Magikarp, Minum and Porygon2 (Blue)? There are version exclsive Pokemon in the two games. Of course, it is possible to obtain the other version's exclusive Pokemonby recievin Wonder Mail from the other version with that Pokemon requesting the help. In this regard, both versions are very much the same. Thus, it is down to the DS Vs the Advanced. Pick which you prefer, but remember: Advanced games are more likely to be chaeper. :)
I have Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team and an Action Replay DSi. The codes worked fine on my game, though I do remember that for most of the codes, you had to activate them using buttons on the DS. Are you activating them correctly? Sorry if that didn't help, it's all I could come up with for a problem. :D
You press the shoulder buttons
you can't

If this is for Pokemon red rescue team, then i suggest you should try to add allot of different water type Pokemon to your friend areas because one of them might just be able to learn dive. I would also suggest to try to add the water type and ice type Pokemon that are evolved to their highest level. Once you have all the water/ice type Pokemon you can find go to their friend area and give them dive, if they can learn it the "use" button will be white like all the other buttons but you may have to delete a move so they can learn it.
It's the great mystery in life. Unlike world peace, calculus, and the mystery of love... no one knows why buttons are cute. They just are. Small and circle and easily choked on by toddlers. They are just cute like that.
get to the place where you can pressthe buttons and press green
no buttons actually make it easier all it is is chance or if you have one a master ball will always catch but any pokemon fan knows that
