Definitely a dirigible because a hot air balloon cannot be steered because the wind carries it. A dirigible is an air ship and has control systems.
balloon
By wind and altitude is in a hot air balloon the berson in the basket under the ballon will pull the trigger and the hot air will go it the balloon causing it to rise if they want to lowwer they will not pull the trigger
If by a blimp you mean a dirigible then a blimp has more mass.
If there is warm air in the balloon, cooler air makes the balloon rise and if there is cold air in the balloon warmer air makes the balloon fall.
The heat gives the balloon more energy and the balloon explodes
Air= air in balloon solid= balloon and basket

Dirigible
A balloon
It is an air-balloon which can be steered in the air.
-- blimp -- Zeppelin -- dirigible -- hot-air balloon
An airship or dirigible is a "lighter-than-air aircraft" that can be steered and propelled through the air using rudders and propellers or other thrust. The father of the dirigible was Lieutenant Jean Baptiste Marie Meusnier (1754-93). On 3 December 1783, he presented a historic paper to the French Academy: "Memoire sur l'equilbre des Machines Aerostatique" (Memorandum on the balance of aerostatic machines). In 1784, Jean-Pierre Blanchard fitted a hand-powered propeller to a balloon, the first recorded means of propulsion carried aloft
More than likely a Helium filled balloon. A Hydrogen filled balloon is very flammable and might burst into flames similar to the Hindenburg blimp/dirigible. Helium is not flammable.
An airplane? Hot air balloon? Helicopter? Space Shuttle? Dirigible? Blimp? Superman? Magic carpet?
By wind and altitude is in a hot air balloon the berson in the basket under the ballon will pull the trigger and the hot air will go it the balloon causing it to rise if they want to lowwer they will not pull the trigger
The dirigible crashed due to inclement weather.
