The chevy Series C Classic Six…or as it was known as in 1910…the Chevrolet…The company was designed when Louis Chevrolet (a former race car driver who broke the land speed record in 1905) decided to co-found chevy with William C. Durant (ousted founder of General Motors for 5 years), and investment partners William Little (maker of the Little automobile) and Dr. Edwin R. Campbell (son-in-law of Durant).
