Tragically, some kids cannot differentiate Fantasy from reality and this goes beyond Santa Claus- to Cartoons. It is not too likely with animal cartoons which are impossible fantasy ( Bugs Bunny, Mickey Mouse, etc) but with human characters, well it can happen. Kids have been known ( not unrelated topic) to pick up crime and delinquincy skills from cartoon characters.
