What is domain constraints in DBMS?

each column contains same type of data thus when you select a data type for a particular domain then DBMS will not accept any value of other data type.Further information contributed by Ramona Maxwell. Please visit www.sqlsolver.com:Domain constraints are a user-defined data type which enforces the integrity of the standard data types. A domain consists of all values permitted in a column. In constructing your database you would first select a standard data type such as VARCHAR or INT. You could then constrain or limit the data using NOT NULL, UNIQUE, CHECK, PRIMARY KEY or FOREIGN KEY. For example the CHECK constraint could limit INT data within your domain [column] to numbers less than 5000. You would thus define a custom data type using domain constraints.

How do you using Parameters Manager in GstarCAD?

The Parameters Manager supports the following operations:Click the name of a dimensional constraint parameter to highlight the constraint in the drawing.Double-click a name or expression to edit it.Right-click and click Delete to remove a dimensional constraint parameter or user variable.Click a column heading to sort the list of parameters by name, expression, or value.

How do you make Constraint Settings in GstarCAD?

In Constraint Settings dialog box you can select the options to display different dimensional constraints effect.Dimensional name format:There are three options:Value,Name,Name and Expression, you can get different dimensional constraint text effect according to what option you select.Show lock icon for annotational constraints:Select whether show lock icon for annotational constraints.Show hidden dynamic constraints for selected objects:If you check this option, GstarCAD will display the relevant dynamic constraints for selected objects automatically.

Does the primary key always consists of a single key?

No. A primary key is not null unique constraint, used to enforce uniqueness across table data. The uniqueness does not have to include a single attribute. Suppose you have a download system, which each user is allowed to download only 1 file in an hour, you will put a unique constraint on the download hour (incl. day) and the user downloading.
