All contributors are permitted to report unanswered questions. This is something you can do if you come across a rude or racist question, etc.
Just click "report abuse" in the top right corner above the question and mark why you would like to report the question. The Vandal Patrol will investigate and decide how to deal with the pertinent question.
The "report abuse" link is available to all contributors.
It is not the fault of the site, but a small group of users. Some engage in trolling behavior and ask things that are offensive, patently obvious, inflammatory, impossible, or unanswerable. The supervisors edit or remove such questions when they are found, and many contributors fix or report such questions.
No, this is not acceptable. Many of the answerers have a profile that you can read. Others don't, so while you could ask, I'm not sure you would get an answer. If you feel that one of us has been rude or crude to you, you can report that. There is a "report abuse" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the answer page.
Some are really nice! In general, most contributors and Supervisors on WikiAnswers are people who genuinely enjoy helping others with answers to their questions. If you ever come across a 'mean' contributor, be sure to report them to a Supervisor or in the appropriate topic within the Community Forum and they will be dealt with accordingly.
Yes, any contributor can recommend that a question be merged into the Catch-All system. Contact a Supervisor or Community Assistant and they can do it straight away. The system is now changed and most of the questions are constructed differently. Should you find a "bad" question, either contact a Supervisor or file an abuse report. The abuse report will alert one of the staff that there is something wrong with the question so that they can dispose of it properly. At the top right side of the screen, you will find a link to "report abuse." This will send a report which is read and the question and/or answer either fixed or discarded. We appreciate your help in finding these bad questions!
what, when, why, who did it, where, date
Yes, you can. Please click on the "report abuse" button and check off the pertinent reasons for the flagging.
Without knowing the subject of your report I could not say what kind of questions it should ask.
The implications of the study and proposals for future research are typically found in the discussion section of a research report. In this section, researchers interpret the results of the study and discuss the broader significance of their findings. They also suggest possible directions for future research based on the study's limitations or unanswered questions.
yes it is important

Because not everybody speaks English as a first language. Therefore it may be difficult for them to find the right words for their questions. Some people also suffer conditions such as Dyslexia which causes them difficulty in reading and writing. Contributors should correct the grammar in poorly-worded questions or, if the grammar cannot be fixed, the contributor should report the question to a Supervisor.
