There is no country with only a US border. Canada has a major land border with the US, but it has sea borders with Greenland (an autonomous territory of Denmark) and the French islands of St. Pierre and Miquelon. It is also separated from other countries by the Arctic Ocean.
There are no European countries that border the Pacific Ocean (despite what the "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?" video game says is true). Greenland, Iceland, Denmark, and Norway all border the Arctic Ocean, and all are European countries.
Canada only borders one country: the United States.
Polar Bears are native to the pack/sea Ice of the Arctic. There are therefore to be found in the countries which border this pack Ice, including Greenland, Norway (Svalbard), Canada, Alaska etc.
Greenland is part of Denmark. It is a self-governing political unit.
