First, Second, and Third World countries are terms used in the Cold War, but also used in modern day to represent development. First World nations can mean countries sided with the US during the Cold War or a highly developed country. So in Cold War terms, yes; Angola, Somalia, and Mauritius are considered first world nations. And in terms of development, yes; the Seychelles, Libya, and Mauritius are considered first world nations.
Some countries are not a lot in common , therefore those countries have independence from other countries. Some countries are peace countries so the are not involved with other countries that are in war. Or at the end of a war two countries sign a peace treaty , saying that those countries are independent.
Since World War 2, developing countries do create development plans which are usually medium-term plans for 5 years.

I think we should help poor countries ,because if you treat them the way you want to get treated there is better chance of less war and fighting. Poor countries are not so different from us it is just we have had more luck then they have,so why cant we been equal to our other countries even though they are in need.Treat them the way you respect your own county,
