There are no countries that have these restrictions that are known to the public. However, some countries that are run by terrorists will not allow certain communities to own their own private property but it is not listed.
Actually there are MANY countries that won't allow 'non-citizens' to OWN property. Most will allow you to LEASE the property and build on it, but they have restrictions for leases as well. Mexico for example says a non-citizen can lease property for up to 99 years at which point it is automatically taken back by the owner. Some others are Iceland and Liechtenstein. Some, like Hungary, Denmark and Poland will allow it ONLY after receiving approval from local authorities.
Others have bans on certain areas. In Greece, they are not allowed to own real estate near military bases or the borders. Turkey and Estonia have the same bans. In China NOBODY owns property. They all lease it for 70 years.
So, what Wiki User said below is NOT true. China is the one place (so far).
From my libertarian perspective, I can name two. -To protect its citizens' life, liberty and property from each other, or to allow or enable its citizens to protect their life, liberty and property from each other. -To protect its citizens' life, liberty and property from non-citizens(e.g. other countries), or to allow or enable its citizens to protect their life, liberty and property from non-citizens.

In countries that allow the private ownership of land the individual owner(s) have the right to sell their land. In countries where the government retains the title to real property, the grant must come from that government. In any case, only the owner has the power to sell real estate.
In a Communist society only the collective of the proletariat (i.e. all of the workers as a community) can own property. Individual or company property ownership is abolished.
Unlicensed drivers cannot operate a vehicle on private property. The insurance for the vehicle will not allow unlicensed drivers. Most states require every vehicle in operation to be insured.
