If by America you mean the USA, then England has more history because it was established long before the USA was.

It is a more developed country. I'm assuming that you are referring to North America, and not South America. America Is what you would call a "first world" country, meaning its more civilized, and developed.
Your question needs to be MUCH more specific, ie naming the war, battle or date. Throughout the history of war virtually every country in Europe has fought on the side of England at some point. ( Even Germany).
