I don't think anyone invented the function of DNA. It was first explored by Francis Crick and James D. Watson.
no body invented DNA. DNA is a natural part of your chromosomes that make your genetic identity. DNA is the reason why you have the color of eyes you have, why your hair color is the color it is. why your second toe is bigger than your first toe. etc etc. there scientists to DISCOVER DNA, who are Watson and Crick, but they didnt invent it. DNA cant be invented
When DNA testing was invented was in 1942 by Roger Houston
No country "invented" it. It's a plant which has been in existence before DNA restructuring was a thing. IIRC, the oldest evidence of cotton was found at Mehgarh, which is located within present day Pakistan.
There are many interpretations as to who "discovered" DNA, but I have never heard that it was a New Zealander that "invented" it.
i think it was Sir Alec Jeffreys in 1985 I THINK
you need many copies of DNA for DNA fingerprinting

The first picture and model of the DNA structures were made from Rosalind Elsie Franklin. Over the years William Watson and Francis Crick stole the idea from her and worked out the structure of DNA as if they invented it.
