England or Great Britain has made Rolls Royce for years. Lately they may have farmed out most or all of it to China or another country for no apparent reason except decadence. When you produce cars one by one, individually crafted, you just raise the price to accomodate inflation and rising wages. A Bentley is a close competor, also Brit made. Jaguar and others also apply.
