Jehovah's Witnesses, like many "Christians", (Greek little Christs) assume they are following the first century "Christians" practices of religion following Jesus' example. The early Christians were actually separating themselves from the Jews and from there pushed themselves away from the commanded practices set in the Torah (seventh day Sabbath, festivals and feasts etc.) They adopted a Greek/pagan calendar that rather then being set from an agricultural standpoint (based off of planting, harvesting, and moons), was based off of seasons equinox and Pagan sun worship.

In general, no, they do not observe the Sabbath as most Abrahamic religions do.
