Crayola crayons have a higher wax content than Playskool crayons. This can actually be seen when holding the two brands side by side. This results in faster melting of Crayola crayons. The formulas differ further, in that Crayola crayons have more pigment than Playskool crayons. The higher pigment in Crayola crayons means the colors are more vibrant, and a darker color tone can be achieved.

Well I'm completely sure if this is right 'cause i have no proof but Rose art has a higher wax content then the leading brand which in my case is crayola so i think and I'm pretty sure rose art will melt faster
yes ice cubes do melt faster with different objects in it like hoter objrcts will melt it faster tho
