The AC Belt connects to the crankshaft pully outer pully the one in front of the crankshaft belt
it is generally the lowest pulley on the front of the engine.
the vacume pump is located at the front of the engine, to the right of the crankshaft pully. it is between the crankshaft pully and the a/c compressor. fellow mill owner jim
It's on the passanger's side of the engine, the biggest pully (crankshaft pully) on the towards the bottom, behind the tire. You'll have to take off the tire to get to the crankshaft pully, and you'll need a 15/16 and possibly a "pully puller", I'm working on the same problem right now and the pully puller sucks so I'm trying to find another way to get the crankshaft pully off. If anyone knows or if the poster knows please let me know I can't get this off!!!
behind the crankshaft pully at the bottom of the motor and on the back of the block
It dampens crankshaft vibrations on your main drive pully for the serpentine belt. It's an inner steel wheel bolted to the crankshaft, with a rubber bushing, then the actual crankshaft drive pully on the outside of that. Without it you would likely loose your belt, or wear it out prematurely.
Directly next to the crank pully on the block
