Water moves towards the area(s) of high solute (low water) concentration.
Same as most other places - from the north or northwest, most likely...maybe west as well.
In a river or stream, the flow of water is in one direction only.
water travels as a transverse wave (meaning that the water molecules move in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the path of the wave. the molecules move up and down while the wave moves in horizontal direction).

In what direction did the tropical cyclone move?
the hot and dry air mass are most likely to rise

A. Straight up above the water B.From the water toward the land C.From the land toward the water D.Straight over the land

Dugesia has eyespots on its head that detect light and shadows. It most likely moves in the direction of shadows in order to find food.
F.to the east G.to the west H.to the north I.to the south
Same as most other places - from the north or northwest, most likely...maybe west as well.
Water particles (molecules) move transversely to the direction of propagation of the wave. That means that as the wave moves out across the water, which is its direction of propagation, the water molecules move up and down (transversely) to create the crests and troughs of the wave.
That is the most common direction in which tornadoes travel, but they can move in any direction.
In a river or stream, the flow of water is in one direction only.

Most tornadoes in the northern hemisphere move to the northeast.
