There are many shorthaired, large breeds of dogs in the sporting & working groups that would fit those requirements. The Doberman, Greyhound, German Shorthair comes to mind. Go to akc.org and research various breeds.
I would certainly go for the German shorthair they can be big or meadium and love to run..
