I think you can get in Frosty Forest or Mount Freeze. Ditto is a common Pokemon found in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. It has a fair recruitment rate and can be found in: Frosty Forest 4F to 9F Buried Relic 16F to 34F Fiery Field 10F to 20F Wish Cave 53F to 64F Joyous Tower 53F to 64F
