It begins when the baby penguin is new-born and the emperor penguinn is taking care of the baby penguin. the baby penguin needs to get to know who the mother is so the daddy penguin pushes the baby penguin to the mother so she and the baby get quality time. when the emperor penguin pushes the baby the mother then baby penguin has to be on the ice less than 2 min or else it will die .
