Fresh water.
It is thought that the water that evaporates the fastest is fresh, with tap and saltwater right behind it. The salt is seen as a barrier to quick evaporation, which is why it is considered slower to evaporate.
The fastes freshwater fish I know of is the bass!
The fresh water.
SALT will evaporate the fastes
Magnesium does not rust, but it does corrode quickly in saltwater due to the formation of a protective layer of magnesium oxide on its surface. This layer can easily be broken down by the chloride ions in saltwater, accelerating the corrosion process compared to freshwater.
Sugar solution, like pure water, evaporates fastest when the temperature is high and the humidity is low.

The question is based on a lack of understanding of the process of evaporation. Water does not evaporate the fastest - ethanol, for example, will evaporate faster.
Fresh water is evaporated faster.
White spirit evaporate faster.
The difference at room temperature is not significant.
