Nylon
yes
Hi, believe it or not, nylon can trap heat, but not as much heat as wool or denim. I have done a project on it and it absorbs a good amount of heat. Wool absorbs more because of it's fibres and denim because of it's thickness.
wool
i dont no ask other people sorry:(
Nylon
Wool is one of the best fabric for retaining heat.
Silk is well known for being warmer than wool. Nylon and cotton are poorer insulators. (As well, there are other types of "wool" which are known for being much warmer than sheep's wool...)
A vacuum would retain the heat best, hence a thermos flask has a vacuum around it =-)
Cotton And Wool
Compared to the external environment, a greenhouse will retain heat.
Nylon is a terrible heat insulator, so no.
soapstone firebrick, they retain their heat longer.
Water molecules retain energy due to heat transfer.
Modern Hot Air Balloons are made of heat resistent Nylon. The olden day ones were made of heavy cotton or linen fabric. Hope that helps ♥ :)
The average set of patio blinds does not actually retain heat. In order to retain heat you will need to purchase a set of heat retaining patio blinds. Which are designed specially to keep heat in the enclosed area.
Dark colors retain heat and light colors do not retain as much heat. Therefore if the south or southeast walls receive a lot of sunshine, lighter colors would be preferred.
