Henry VIII's first daughter was Mary, daughter of Catherine of Aragon (Henry's first wife). She later became Queen Mary I. Henry's second daugher was Elizabeth (who later became Elizabeth I) daughter of Anne Boleyn, Henry's second wife.
Henry VIII was succeeded by his son Edward VI, whose mother was Jane Seymour. After Edward's death, Henry's daughter by Katherine of Aragon (Mary I) became queen, and after her death Henry's daughter by Anne Boleyn (Elizabeth I) became queen.
Henry VII (1457 - 1509) married Elizabeth of York (1466 - 1503), the eldest daughter of Edward IV, on 18 January 1486. They had seven children, only four of which lived beyond childhood. Their surviving son became Henry VIII (1491 - 1547).
King Henry V of England (1386/87 - 1422) married Catherine of Valois in 1420. Their only son, Henry, became King Henry VI of England.
There were two Mary Tudors alive at the same time The first one was the daughter of Henry VII and was married two times. At the age of 18 she was married to the King of France. She was only married to him a short time before his death. Shortly afterward she married her brothers courtier Charles Brandon and was married to him until her death. Mary Tudors niece Mary Tudor was the daughter of Henry VIII. She was married to her cousin Phillip II of Spain. She married him shortly after she became Queen in 1554 and was married to him until her death in 1558.
His eldest son's name was Arthur, he married to Katherine, died, and his brother Henry (It was common to name your son after yourself at this time), became King Henry VIII and married Arthur's widowed wife
Henry's daughter Mary married King Philip of Spain. Elizabeth remained single.

Yes, they were both descendants of King Henry VII of England. Mary I was the daughter of King Henry VIII, son of Henry VII, and his first wife, Catherine of Aragon. Margaret Tudor, daughter of Henry VII (and, therefore sister of Henry VIII), married King James IV of Scotland. The son of James IV and Margaret became King James V of Scotland. James V was the father of Mary, Queen of Scots, and her son became first James VI of Scotland and then James I of England.
Elizabeth Plantagenet, daughter of Richard's brother King Edward IV, and later married to Henry VII was his most famous niece. He also had a niece in the daughter of his brother George, Duke of Clarence, called Margaret, later 8th Countess of Salisbury. She was executed in 1841 by Henry VIII.
