What is better for girls out of electrical or electronics engineering?

The sex of the engineer has no meaning. What matters is the training, desire, and aptitude. It does not matter if a girl chooses electrical engineering or Electronics Engineering - it is her choice - based on her will to excel in one field or the other.

∙ 11y agoYes! Electronics and telecommunications are two fields where your gender does not matter to those with whom you work.
If you are smart and hard working you can be excellent at all the skills and training needed in these fields.
And as a career these fields pay better than many and have good immunity to layoffs and other negatives, mostly.
I would encourage any girl who finds electronics and/or telecomm fascinating to touch base with the Society of Women in Engineering and other sources of information, support and mentoring.

∙ 14y agoDepends on how well in math you are. Engineers typically do a lot more math. In school they normally go to calculus. As far as jobs- Engineers design and applied electronics fix.

Why are there NO girls in engineering classes?
What engineering field are you in? In my opinion and observations, if you want girls in engineering classes. Take Chemical Engineering Major. They have the most girls. Not necessarily beautiful or hot. But the most. In my engineering classes, there are quite a bit of girls. At least a good 30-40% out of 120 students. Though I do find the hotter ones in other fields (Mech/Civ).
Why is it that most engineering students are guys?
Girls don't realy like techonolgy and their not interseted. Their better professions for them. Their mostly guy because their nerds.

Hell no! I don't have an engineering degree, but I have passed aptitude tests at companies like Nucor. If you have the mind for it like I do, go for it. It can be very rewarding, in dollars and sense. (pardon the pun)
