This isn't from a film. It is an internet meme based on a similar quote from a book which became a film.
The original quote is "Do not meddle in the affairs of wizards, for they are subtle and quick to anger" - which comes from the book Lord of the Rings by J.R.R Tolkien, later becoming a movie of the same name.

More happens in books 2, 3, 4, and 5 (which isn't out yet), but why would I spoil the fun of it by telling you what happens? For heavens sakes, READ THEM!! They are AWESOME!
