Number 3 is important
Number 3 is important, but not the most. In my opinion it would be number one, giving us the freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press, and to gather peacefully. But, then again, they are all pretty valued.
Most people agree that the most important rights protected by the Bill of Rights are contained in the 1st amendment.
The 1st amendment provides that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise, or abridging freedom of speech or press or the right to assemble and petition for redress of grievances. These are the core rights protected by the system of ordered liberty established by the Bill of Rights.
1st Amendment since it gives you 5, not 1, but 5 rights!
freedom of religion because of the rights that you dont have to follow a religion or the freedoms of speech that lets you protest on what you think is wrong
