Oranges, lemons, limes or anything that is a citrus. Other things high in acid are coffee and tea.
I recently had gastritis symptoms and the doctor told me to avoid high acid foods. Stay away from citrus, coffee and tea. Definitely, alcohol. Milk may also aggravate your stomach depending on the person. Plain water is good for now and chicken soup if your sick of water. I'm sticking to a mostly plain diet for recovery. Mostly congee (rice porridge made with lots of water) and warm milk and bread. Oatmeal is good too. Try a little milk first, and if its okay then continue. Hope this helps.
All fruits contain acids and so do fruit juices.
Other foods include vinegar, milk and fizzy drinks.
Hope I helped!
