Well, everyone's different, so I'm not sure. It's usually your dominant foot that's bigger though.

Usually it means that you are releasing the ball with the foot and hand on the same side of your body. Right handers will have the left foot planted forward, left handers will have the right foot forward.

Goofy is when you skate with your right foot in front of your left, you push off with your left foot. You can get Goofy mongo though which is when you skate with your right foot in front of your left, but instead of pushing with your left you push with your right. Hope I helped Matt
