At frequencies above visible light, we have in progression ultra-violet, x-ray, and gamma regions. These are all harmful, and get more so the higher the frequency. We get ultra-violet from the sun, and this causes sunburn which is uncomfortable and can have long term effects like skin cancer. X-rays have to be carefully controlled for medical use, and gamma radiation should always be avoided by shielding.
At lower frequencies than visible, infra red is not harmful, but then we come to microwaves which cause heating in tissues because they stimulate water molecules to vibrate and get hot. Beyond that, TV and Radio waves are not thought to be harmful, though I think the jury is still out on cellphones, the holding of one close to the brain while transmitting might be damaging, especially to children.
Gamma rays
An electromagnetic wave, or electromagnetic radiation.
Ultrasonic waves are high frequency sonic waves. They're sound, which is mechanical energy. Electromagnetic waves are waves of electromagnetic energy, like radio waves or light. Mechanical energy is different from electromagnetic energy, hence the reason for ultrasonic waves not taking the form of electromagnetic waves.
electromagnetic energy?
The Sun's energy is given out mainly as "electromagnetic radiation". Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation. Heat is the main form the Sun's energy has when it reaches Earth, particularly the Earth's surface.
Visible light is an example of electromagnetic energy or radiated energy.
Light is a form of electromagnetic energy.
Water is matter. Electromagnetic energy is energy in the form of electric fields and magnetic fields.
No, they form Radiation Energy
Electromagnetic energy.

Electromagnetic
True. Light is a form of electromagnetic energy.
Radiation is electromagnetic energy and/or kinetic energy.
Yes. The electromagnetic energy comes out of it in the form of light and heat.
