MYSQL is for the back end of applications, where as Microsoft access is for relational databases and such. MYSQL can be used in conjuntion with server side scripting languages where as access cannot access cannot import mysql data where as mysql can import data from other programs, if used correctly you will have a functional database based on what data is imported throught (exel,access ect)
The term "random access" is not normally applied to machines. It is normally used to refer to a form of data storage in which data on any part of the medium can be accessed in constant time.

A disk encryption software is used to encrypt all the data on a disk. Once a disk is encrypted, then unauthorized personnel cannot access the data storage in the disk.

If you are new to this alpplication then use the "Form Wizard" inside the form tab. Here you can design the which tables and queries can be used to supply data to the form. It further allows the addition of buttons whcih will widen the functions the form can be used for.
No, "text" is not an access data type. In Microsoft Access, commonly used data types include Text, Number, Date/Time, Memo, and Yes/No among others. Text is used to store alphanumeric data such as names or descriptions.
