You need to clarify your question before it can be answered. PC can stand for Progressive Conservative or Privy Council, politically. The federal PC Party is now known as the Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) and its leader is the Prime Minister of Canada, Steven Harper. Most Provinces has their own PC or Conservative Party and a simple search of the Internet will tell you the leaders for each province. According to Wikipedia, there is no PC Party in Saskatchewan & in the Yukon Territory it was renamed the Yukon Party
