Rowling doesn't say exactly what happened to their wands, but it can be assumed that the snatches confiscated and kept them. For the rest of the book, Harry, Ron, and Hermione actually use Draco's, Bellatrix's, and Narcissa's wands, which they won from them in the duel at the Malfoys' manor.
