In the final episode of Harry Potter when Drako's mom is kneeling over Harry why does she ask Draco if Harry is dead?

She was not asking Draco is Harry was dead, she knew Harry was alive and was asking him if Draco was still alive. When Harry told her yes, she was so grateful that she lied to Voldemort about Harry being alive.

Narcissa didn't ask Draco about Harry, she asked Harry about Draco.

When Voldemort killed Harry he was destroying the part of his soul inside Harry meaning Voldemort was temporarily knocked out after the curse. Scared that, because it was different, Harry was still alive - he got Narcissa to check for him. By this point, Narcissa couldn't care less about the war and only wanted to know if her son was alive.

She obviously knew Harry was still breathing, but shielded his body while "checking" so she could ask about Draco. Harry revealed that her son was alive and in the Castle and Narcissa lied to Voldemort and told him Harry was dead so the fighting could end and she could get Draco back.
