Usually under the Steering wheel there are fuses for the Radio and Dome Light. Check and make sure they aren't blown. The fuse for the dome light and clock, etc. is in the fuse block under the hood on the driver's side. It is a 7.5 amp fuse towards the front of the fuse block. Look at the inside fuse block cover for location. Hope this helps.
