Sounds like a blown fuse.

Which particular fuse are you looking for!
in the fuse box
its the same fuse as the lighter.. needs a 15 fuse...
The fuse box is located on the driver's side of the vehicle under the dash/side wall.
Check the fuse box first then the lighter.
The fuse that controls this is the same as the cigarette lighter fuse (15 Amp)
Check the multi-purpose fuse no. 14
under the stering wheel
A fuse panel is in the glove compartment of the 1993 model. I don't know which would be the the lighter itself, but there is a fuse for a "panel".
The cigarette lighter fuse on a 1993 Ford Crown Victoria is located in the fuse panel on the driver's side of the dash. A person has to open the driver's side door to access this fuse panel on the side of the dash. The cigarette lighter fuse is the sixth location down on the far left hand side of this fuse box. It is a 30 Amp fuse.
15A fuse - does both.
drivers side at front of motor
look at the fuse box the lighter is the fuse on the second row from the top and is the first fuse on the left. this fuse should be yellow which is a 20 amp fuse.
it is most likely not working due to a blown fuse
Located in the fuse box. Fcing the engine, the box is located on the the right fender.
If you have no horn and cigarette lighter, its a fuse.
port # 20
It's the 5th one on the top right corner 15 amp. (I'm talking about the fuse box near the accelerator) :)
Look for fuse box in Central fusebox Fuse #5 it is 15amp and is the same fuse which shares cigarette lighter Should be Blue in color Hope that helps Ray
Check the fuse box. Usually the lighter, dash panel and sunroof are on the same fuse. But they might be on different. Anyway it looks like a typical fuse problem.
It's the same fuse that protects the cigarette lighter. Look for the 15A little blue fuse in the fuse box next to the driver's left leg under the dash. The fuse has a little cigarette icon printed on the fuse cover. Top row, 3rd from the right.
