Counterstrike source is better in terms of graphics but the gameplay is the same. However AI is really bad so bots suck. If you are looking for a game that can be easily played on any computer then look at CS 1.6 because it requires less and is generally simpler to install and play. Also CS 1.6 has a larger community.
